Project: PlanAxion led the program to consolidate the financial and supply chain management applications.
Goal: These major projects aimed to replace a complex legacy application architecture with an integrated system that would support harmonized business processes. This major project thus enabled Agropur to optimize its operations while improving customer service.
Project: PlanAxion consultants have orchestrated various systems integration projects. Redesigning transactional websites and in-store checkout systems, linking financial and supply chain systems and various upgrades to Oracle and Microsoft application suites are all tasks performed by PlanAxion.
Goal: PlanAxion is a partner of choice for Lowe's Canada. Our mandate is to ensure the proper management of multiple major projects following recent acquisition activities. PlanAxion, therefore, provides expertise and advice in IT and business project management, but also in business or technical analysis. Moreover, the relationship of trust established over the years with the various mandates we have completed is a source of great pride for us.
Project: SNC-Lavalin entrusted several PlanAxion integrators with the deployment of a hybrid solution based on several technologies. The solution targeted all SNC business units around the world.
Goal: The project's mandate was to optimize support processes during the delivery of projects carried out for SNC-Lavalin's clients. Among other things, the hybrid solution had to improve financial aspects, procurement, project cost tracking, billing and management reporting.
Project: Windows upgrades across the 800 stores and distribution centres in Canada, a major overhaul of one of its store systems, development of new promotional systems and loyalty programs are all projects successfully delivered by PlanAxion for UAP.
Goal: UAP is a well-established company in Canada and the United States. It called upon PlanAxion's know-how and expertise in project management in the retail field. Being in constant evolution, the company needed to link its different banners to improve its business processes but also its technological processes.
Project: PlanAxion was mandated by Desjardins to develop the architecture of a solution and to lead its implementation. The solution now allows Desjardins to rely on processes that are harmonized and designed with the best practices in the industry.
Goal: Desjardins has undertaken a vast program to modernize its financial management processes. The deployed solution makes it possible to quickly and accurately produce the information required for governance and compliance with the regulations applicable to financial institutions.
Project: PlanAxion supports the IAMGOLD team in the development of new business processes aligned with best practices. To support these new processes, a modification of Oracle applications is then required.
Goal: IAMGOLD is a gold mining company with operations in Canada, South America and Africa. It has launched an initiative to optimize its global supply chain.
Project: PlanAxion reviewed some key elements for CAE to effectively deploy the implementation of Oracle applications in Europe. Among these elements, we have, of course, revised the budget. We also re-evaluated the project plan, the effort estimate, the resource plan, the data conversion and integration strategies, the testing strategy, the training approach, the project team and the organizational chart.
Goal: CAE needed PlanAxion's expertise to conduct a general project review of the implementation of Oracle applications in Europe. We, therefore, met with the key players in the project. We then reviewed the documentation and presented our report to CAE.
Project: PlanAxion assisted the SAQ in developing a project strategy that would be optimal despite the constraints in place. We met with project stakeholders and reviewed available documentation before designing the strategy.
Goal: The SAQ had undertaken a major project to update its ERP. Through its internal audit department, the SAQ asked PlanAxion to assist it in planning its project.
Project: The client mandated PlanAxion to write a deployment plan for a module of the Oracle E-Business Suite. This module had to include the functionalities sought by the client.
Goal: Before deploying the new module for which we were mandated, we had to consider the newly implemented enterprise resource planning system (ERP). Its deployment deprived the city's suppliers, who were using a supplier registration tool, of many of the necessary functionalities. With the deployment plan carried out by PlanAxion, the city of Quebec is now in a position to forecast the number of employees and the amounts required for the deployment of the Oracle iSupplier module.
Project: The National Bank has mandated PlanAxion to accompany it in a project. This project would allow employees of the Finance function to benefit from state-of-the-art tools. This important project was spread over several years.
Goal: The National Bank needed assistance to modernize its systems and to support its finance function.
Project: The CCQ issued a public call for tenders to modernize its digital platform. PlanAxion's mandate was to define the target software architecture, to establish the functional and technological needs and to draft the notice of interest document.
Goal: The Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) proposed an initiative to modernize its software platform, which includes operational, financial and human resources systems. This program was to provide better integration between the various systems. Business processes would become much more efficient and would significantly improve the customer experience.
